We would like to inform you that due to a recent system upgrade, all previous registrations have been REMOVED and DELETED as part of the transition process. As a result, we kindly request all clients to complete a new registration at their earliest convenience.

  1. Register an Account
    Click on the REGISTER HERE on menu above and complete the registration form with your personal details. 
    Please be mindful that all the information after the registration cannot be modified or edit. Ensure that all the information are true and correct. Registration is one time only.
  2. Check Your Email
    After registering, open the confirmation email sent to the e-mail address you provided. Follow the instructions to activate your account. 
      1. Login and Choose a Date
        Once your account is activated, log in the LOGIN above. Select your desired appointment date and time. Follow the screenshot Tips below:
        Phase 01 
        For Computer or Laptop: Point your mouse  on Number Date
         and CLICK to select the desired date and move to the next phase.
        For Mobile users TAP on the Date to select the desire
        d date and move to the next phase.

        For Computer & Mobile users. Select the time slot by clicking the Green Button

        If the Time slot is selected the Green Button will turn to Yellow indicating the time you selected and you will notice below highlighted in green the "Appoinment Selection" the details of your Appointment for you to check and verify before clicking Submit Request Button to submit  your booking.

        After Clicking the Submit Request button a confirmation Message (sample below) that you're appointment has been Submitted. The same message will be send to your e-mail as your proof or copy of your appointment.
        As per NEW Requirement (screenshot is NOT accepted). Please print this Confirmation to Present to the Reception.

  3. Confirm and Print
    A confirmation email will be sent after you book. Open the email and print the confirmation document.
  4. Present the Confirmation on the Appointment Day
    Bring the printed confirmation with you and the documents to MWO Office Receptionist on your scheduled date.
